About Power 10
Power 10 Consulting is a Florida-based engineering consulting firm specializing in structural restoration, building envelope consulting, forensic engineering, owner’s representation, and litigation support services for existing properties.
Founded by Novak Vukasinovic, P.E., MBA, Power 10 combines more than 20 years of experience spanning engineering, construction, real estate development, project management, and forensic consulting. This multidisciplinary background provides a perspective that extends well beyond traditional engineering practice and allows us to better understand the technical, operational, and financial challenges faced by property owners and stakeholders.
Our experience includes building envelope consulting, structural restoration, waterproofing, roofing, glazing systems, property condition assessments, owner’s representation, construction administration, and litigation support services.
Throughout his career, Novak has worked on high-rise condominiums, commercial properties, institutional facilities, mixed-use developments, hospitality properties, affordable housing portfolios, and complex restoration projects. This diverse experience allows Power 10 to understand projects not only from an engineering perspective, but also from the perspectives of owners, developers, property managers, contractors, attorneys, and others responsible for protecting and maintaining valuable real estate assets.
Today, Novak serves as Principal of Power 10 Consulting, providing direct involvement and senior-level oversight on every assignment.
The Foundation of Power 10
The name “Power 10” is derived from the sport of rowing, where a crew calls for ten of its strongest strokes at critical moments in a race. It represents focus, discipline, teamwork, and the commitment to delivering maximum effort when it matters most. Those same principles continue to guide every project we undertake.
Power 10 Consulting is a reflection of Novak Vukasinovic’s professional journey and the values that have shaped his career. Originally from Serbia, Novak developed a passion for rowing at an early age and went on to compete as a member of the Serbian National Team before continuing his athletic and academic career at Columbia University in New York City, where he competed as a Division I NCAA rower while earning his engineering degree.
The lessons learned through years of high-level competition—discipline, accountability, perseverance, teamwork, and performing under pressure—became the foundation for Novak’s approach to both leadership and engineering. Following graduation, he built a career spanning more than two decades across engineering, construction, real estate development, project management, and forensic consulting. Along the way, he held leadership and management roles with engineering firms, development companies, and construction organizations, providing a unique perspective on the challenges faced by owners, property managers, contractors, attorneys, and other project stakeholders.
Power 10 was founded to bring that experience together into a client-focused practice dedicated to helping owners evaluate, restore, and protect their properties through practical engineering solutions, responsive service, and trusted professional guidance. The same principles that shaped Novak’s rowing career continue to shape the firm’s approach today: preparation, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to helping clients successfully navigate complex building challenges.
